Spoiler Summary/Synopsis:

Himari teases Asimo over the fact that their high school days are rapidly coming to an end. Meanwhile, Tsukasa mans the bathhouse reception desk. She thinks about what Nasa said to her about her not abusing her powers. Aya enters, remarking on how serious Tsukasa looks. She wonders if Tsukasa has time to sit and ponder when Nasa is so caught up his own thoughts. Aya reminds Tsukasa that Nasa can easily lose himself and as such, Tsukasa and Nasa should enjoy their time together.

Tsukasa returns home to find Nasa hard at work. She suddenly feels lonely and in need of attention. To that end, she ends up telling him this. Nasa concedes that he should have greeted her better and makes up for that. Tsukasa ponders aloud whether Nasa is actually troubled by having his work interrupted. He states this is not the case. To prove his point, he says they should take the next day off and go somewhere.

Back with Himari and Asimo, she invites him to spend tomorrow with her before they dive into studying for their college entrance exams.

Thoughts/Review:

Welp, plot time is over with Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 235. Well, we did have Tsukasa contemplating how she felt when she initially became immortal. But then it shifted to a path so that Nasa and Tsukasa could spend a day together. I’m okay with that, save for one part–Asimo and Himari.

The moment Himari suggested to Asimo that they should spend the next day together, I just KNOW what’s going to happen. Nasa and Tsukasa will end up at the same location that Himari and Asimo end up at. That way, we can have a BIG old “reunion” of all parties. Well, would Himari recognize Nasa now? Maybe not. But would Asimo? Maybe so. And thus Himari would recognize Nasa’s name. And thus Tsukasa might become concerned about another female rival for Nasa’s affections.

I know Hata-sensei fooled me earlier when Himari and Nasa met. But I think he did that to troll us. He always intended for Himari and Nasa remember each other. And I’m not sure I’m into that story. I don’t mind the Himari x Asimo story though. But we’ll see what happens.

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

In the end, Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 235 is an interesting and enjoyable chapter. I’m just not sure I’m going to like where the fluff story goes from here.
